快乐开学，成就梦想｜杭校2021年度第一学期小学部开学典礼

金秋九月，在美丽的上海金山杭州湾双语学校，孩子们在期待中迎来了我们的开学典礼。迎着朝霞，我们举行了新学期第一次升旗仪式。随着国歌响起，五星红旗迎风飘扬，全新的校园生活开始啦！

In September of this golden autumn, in the beautiful Shanghai Jinshan Hangzhou Bay Bilingual School, the children ushered in our opening ceremony in anticipation. Facing the sunrise, we held the first flag-raising ceremony of the new semester. As the national anthem sounded and the five-star red flag fluttered in the wind, a new campus life began!

典礼开始，主持人顾老师给大家介绍了本学期将会举行的一系列丰富多彩的活动，孩子们都非常期待。随后，校长金慕华女士致辞，在充分肯定了同学们在上一个学年中取得的巨大进步的同时，也表达了对大家新学期的期盼。

At the beginning of the ceremony, the host, Ms. Gu, introduced a series of colorful activities that will be held this semester. The children are looking forward to it. Afterwards, the principal, Ms. Jin Muhua, gave a speech. While fully affirming the great progress made by the students in the previous school year, she also expressed her expectations for the new semester.

接下来，各个年级学生代表分别和大家分享了充实的暑假生活和对新学期的展望。一年级新生代表章东澳分享了他对在杭校小学生活的期待向往。来自二年级的陈婉卿同学向我们介绍了她丰富多彩的假期，刚升入二年级的她也对自己提出了更高的要求：高效地利用在校时间，自觉地执行自己的计划从而达成更高的目标。这个暑假是三二班王俊森小朋友第一次离开家，他给我们分享了有趣的暑假生活：去往没有父母的地方独立生活，并参加了棒球夏令营，还坚持阅读和学习。

Next, the student representatives of each grade shared their fulfilling summer life and prospects for the new semester. The first-year representative Zhang Dongao shared his expectation and yearning for life in HBBSS. Chen Wanqing, a student from the second grade, introduced us to her colorful vacations. She has just entered the second grade and put forward higher demands on herself: use school time efficiently, and consciously implement her own plans to achieve higher goals. This summer was the first time that Wang Junsen from Class 3-2 had left home. He shared with us an interesting summer life: he tried to live independently, participated in a baseball summer camp, and insisted on reading and studying.

来自四年级六班的柳程和大家分享了她在假期里为四年级做的准备，此外东京奥运会上国内运动员们不畏困难的精神给予她很多感动与鼓舞。五年级学生代表王一然同学也分享了她对杭校初中生活的憧憬和展望。让我们一起期待杭校第一届小学毕业生步入初中的生活吧！

Liu Cheng from Class 4-6 shared with everyone her preparations for the fourth grade during the holiday. In addition, the spirit of the Chinese athletes who feared difficulties at the Tokyo Olympics gave her a lot of touch and encouragement. The fifth-grade student representative Wang Yiran also shared her vision and prospects for the life of junior high school in HBBSS. Let us look forward to the life of the first primary school graduates in junior high school!

最后，学期“十星”的颁奖环节将典礼推向了高潮，大家都为被授予“十星”的同学欢呼、喝彩！在欢呼声中我们结束了本次的开学典礼，相信大家会在未来的生活中创造更多精彩瞬间。

Finally, the semester "Ten-star" awards session pushed the ceremony to a climax. Everyone cheered and applauded the students who were awarded the "Ten-star"! We ended this opening ceremony with cheers, and I believe that everyone will create more wonderful moments in the future life.
